Privacy policy
Effective 4 August 2026
Acquyr Pty Ltd (ABN 99 700 403 943) is preparing a controlled, human-reviewed business-development service. We currently operate a pilot-interest website and synthetic demonstrations only. Further waitlist registrations are temporarily closed while we verify this notice, provider terms and overseas-processing locations. We are not accepting identifiable Customer or prospect data for service delivery, and outreach sending is not enabled.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains current website and pilot-interest handling. It is not a certification by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and does not describe the proposed live pilot as active or legally approved.
1. Information we collect
When registrations are open and you register interest, we collect:
- your name and work email address;
- your company name and, if supplied, company website;
- your affirmative contact choice and the notice version and time; and
- limited technical and security information generated when the website is used.
Do not submit prospect lists, customer records, mailbox content, credentials, sensitive information, confidential business documents or any other third-party personal information through the waitlist form.
2. Why we use it
We use waitlist information to:
- record and manage interest in future pilot availability;
- contact you about pilot suitability, availability and directly related pilot updates;
- answer enquiries and maintain the security and integrity of the website; and
- meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
3. Contact preferences
When registrations are open, registering records your permission for Acquyr to contact you about the pilot and directly related updates. Acquyr is not currently sending bulk waitlist updates. No person who registered under an earlier notice will be contacted unless Australian counsel approves that path. Before any update is sent, we will use accurate sender details and a working unsubscribe method. You can withdraw permission now by emailing privacy@acquyr.com. We will action the request promptly and no later than required by applicable law.
4. Disclosure and service providers
We do not sell or rent waitlist information. OpenAI provides the ChatGPT Sites service and processes end-user data as needed to operate this site. Current infrastructure uses Cloudflare services for website delivery and the D1 database. The private administration surface uses ChatGPT sign-in followed by an Acquyr email allow-list. We may also disclose the minimum necessary information to security and professional advisers.
Overseas disclosure is likely. OpenAI and Cloudflare are United States-based global providers, and personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where they or their approved subprocessors operate. ChatGPT Sites does not currently support a data residency guarantee. Cloudflare states that it primarily stores provider information in the United States and European Economic Area; the D1 database location has not yet been verified as a binding jurisdiction. Registrations remain closed until Acquyr has completed and documented the provider, country and APP 8 review. We minimise disclosures and assess contractual, technical and organisational protections.
5. Security and retention
We use access controls, authentication and other reasonable safeguards for waitlist records. The administration page requires ChatGPT sign-in and a match to one configured Acquyr administrator email. No online service is completely secure, so submit only the information requested by the form.
We retain waitlist information only while reasonably necessary to manage pilot interest, contact preferences, security, legal obligations, complaints and disputes. We review active records at least annually. Each affirmative notice event is preserved separately so a later submission does not overwrite the earlier record. After an opt-out we remove marketing fields within 30 days and retain only the minimum protected suppression evidence reasonably needed to avoid renewed contact, subject to final Australian legal advice.
6. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask where it came from, withdraw your contact permission, or request deletion. Contact privacy@acquyr.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required by law.
7. Questions, complaints and incidents
Send privacy questions or complaints to privacy@acquyr.com. We will acknowledge a complaint promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. This address must be verified as monitored before registrations reopen. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. If an incident creates legal notification obligations, we will assess and respond under the applicable Australian requirements.
8. Changes
We will update this policy before materially changing the information we collect or how we use or disclose it. A future real-data or sending service requires separate notices, controls and activation. The effective date above identifies the current version. Waitlist registrations will not reopen until the current provider, country, privacy-contact and notice checks are complete.
