Controlled pilot waitlist

Human-reviewed outreach, activated only by evidence.

Acquyr is preparing a managed service that will find real Australian business leads, draft relevant emails and send only after your authorised reviewer approves the exact person and exact message. The current phase remains a waitlist and synthetic demonstration. No identifiable prospect data or outreach sending is active.

01

Built around your business

Your market, your experience and your voice.

02

Approval before every send

The proposed live pilot has no bulk or automatic approval.

03

Deliberately staged

Waitlist and synthetic demonstrations first, then a gated pilot.

Why the old playbook is breaking

Autonomous outbound books a few meetings and burns everything else.

More activity is not the same as better business development. The volume-first model trades relevance, reputation and judgement for a dashboard full of sends.

Volume

Every account gets treated the same.

Generic sequences go out because scale is the product.

Voice

The copy sounds like the tool.

Not like the person whose name is on the email.

Control

The human checkpoint disappears.

Approvals become a toggle the platform wants switched off.

Reputation

The sender carries the downside.

Burned domains and poor-fit outreach remain after the campaign ends.

The proposed Acquyr model

Four things the proposed Acquyr service does differently.

A controlled live pilot is designed to operate like a capable member of the team: informed by your business, working in your voice and requiring your decision on every proposed recipient and message.

01

Designed as a managed workflow.

Acquyr is being built to operate the research and drafting work, rather than hand customers another stack to assemble.

Instead of a software kit that still needs an operator.
02

Direct it like an assistant.

Synthetic demonstrations let you ask for a deeper source, a different opening or a change in emphasis before any real-data pilot.

Instead of rigid templates and autopilot sequences.
03

Sending remains a later, gated phase.

The proposed live pilot would send from a mailbox in your tenant on your domain or subdomain only after legal, provider, technical and per-message approval gates are complete.

Joining the waitlist does not activate live data or sending.
04

Source-traceable research, in your voice.

Demonstration drafts use approved synthetic or company material. A future live lead would require separate collection, source, accuracy and consent evidence before customer review.

Instead of a mail merge wearing an AI label.

Grounded in approved material

Built to learn your business without guessing.

Synthetic demonstrations use material you deliberately provide for that purpose. Real customer or prospect data will not be accepted until Australian counsel, provider, contract and tested activation gates are complete.

What it learns

  • Your ideal client profile from a synthetic or approved demonstration brief.
  • Your capabilities and experience from material you choose to share.
  • Your exclusions as design inputs, before any live-data onboarding.
  • Your language from examples cleared for the demonstration.

How it works

The proposed live workflow requires your review.

01

Define the right accounts

Current demonstrations use a synthetic brief. A future live campaign would be limited to the counsel-approved Australian business audience.

02

Check collection before contact

A future lead could proceed only after a recorded necessity, fairness, source, notice, accuracy, exclusion and provider decision. Public availability alone is not clearance.

03

Draft it in your voice

A source-backed signal becomes a short proposed email. Unverified facts, guessed addresses and broker-only consent evidence are excluded.

04

Check the separate send basis

Collection clearance does not establish consent. A future send needs separate Spam Act evidence, suppression and exact-message controls.

05

You approve each exact message

Current synthetic demonstrations end at review. In an activated pilot, your delegated reviewer would approve one exact person and rendered message at a time, with every follow-up separately approved.

The same job, different bargains

Managed judgement, not rented software.

Activation by evidence

The live pilot is designed to send, but it is not active.

The present waitlist and synthetic demonstrations do not send email to prospects. The proposed pilot would send only from a Customer-owned domain or subdomain, through a mailbox in the Customer tenant, after written legal scoping, provider permission, tested controls, individual approval and a separate activation certificate.

The fair questions

Answered straight.

Isn't this just another AI SDR?

Most AI SDRs are built to run on autopilot. Acquyr is being built around per-recipient human review. The current phase is still a waitlist and synthetic demonstration; the proposed live pilot is not active.

Will it invent experience or project details?

No. Capability claims are grounded in source material you approve. If the evidence is not there, the draft should not make the claim.

How much control do I have over the writing?

You can give direction the way you would brief a capable assistant. Useful feedback becomes part of the voice and quality rules, rather than disappearing after one draft.

Will the proposed pilot send real emails?

Yes, if activated. It is designed for real Australian business leads and approved emails. It is not active now, and cannot begin until the legal, collection, provider, contract, mailbox and tested-control gates are complete.

Who owns the sending domain and mailbox?

The Customer must own the domain or subdomain, tenant and mailbox. Acquyr would receive limited operator access under a written mandate. Acquyr will not own a lookalike Customer domain.

What happens after I register?

Your details are recorded on the waitlist. Acquyr is not currently sending waitlist updates; future contact will require the stated permission, sender identification and a working unsubscribe method. Registering does not commit you to anything.

Waitlist registrations are paused while the privacy and provider checks are completed.
