These terms apply to the Acquyr website and pilot-interest waitlist. They do not govern a paid pilot or create a service agreement.

1. Current website scope

This website describes a controlled live-outreach service in development and accepts expressions of interest. The current phase consists of a waitlist and synthetic demonstrations. Acquyr is not accepting identifiable Customer or prospect data for service delivery and has not enabled outreach sending. Describing the proposed live pilot does not mean it is available, activated or legally approved.

2. Registering interest

Further registrations are temporarily closed while Acquyr verifies its current privacy notice and provider information. When registrations reopen, submitting the form will record interest only. It will not reserve a pilot place, create a contract, require payment or guarantee that Acquyr will offer a service. We may contact you to discuss availability and suitability only on the counsel-approved notice path. You may withdraw your contact permission at any time.

3. Information on this website

We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Descriptions of future features, safeguards, limits or pilot stages are statements of intended design, not promises that those capabilities are currently available or that a regulator or lawyer has approved them. Any paid pilot will be governed only by a separate written agreement.

4. Your use of the website

You must not:

• submit false, unlawful, confidential or third-party personal information;
• attempt to interfere with the website, database, access controls or security;
• use automated means to overload, scrape or probe the service; or
• use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Acquyr owns or licenses the website content, branding and design. You may view the website for your own business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercialise it without permission.

6. Availability and third-party services

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website or waitlist. The website depends on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally be unavailable. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make Acquyr responsible for their content or practices.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Acquyr is not liable for loss arising only from reliance on general website information, an inability to access the waitlist, or unauthorised use contrary to these terms. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes relating to them.
